Fire Hydrant  Exercise with Band is an excellent workout for the gluteus maximus and engages the core.

CORE

01. 

Lay a workout mat down and place the resistance band above your knees.

Bend down and get on all four with your hands and knees.

03. 

Make sure your shoulders are directly above your hands and your hips above your knees. Tighten your core and look down.

04. 

Lift your left leg away from your body at a 45-degree angle. Keep your right knee at 90 degrees.

05. 

Lower your leg to the starting position to complete 1 rep.  Repeat 15-20 times
