01. 

Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart holding  dumbbells at shoulder height.

02. 

Bending down into a squat by pushing your lower body as if you’re about to sit down and bending your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground.

Lower fully into a squat and pause for one second.

04. 

Explosively stand up and thrust the weight overhead.

Hold the weights above your head.
