01. 

Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent and with your feet flat on the ground.

Hold the weight with both hands and extend your arms straight in front of you and lift your legs a foot off the ground.

03. 

Twist your torso to the right, bringing the weight close to the ground next to your hip. Pause for one count, then twist your torso to the left and repeat.

Remember to exhale with each twist and keep your legs elevated throughout the exercise to help build strength in your abdominal muscles. 30 reps
