01. 

Start with hands touching at chest level and shoulders down and pulled back

Engage your core and take a step back and plant the ball of your foot to the ground.

Bend your knee into a lunge position and twist your torso to the opposite leg over the thigh.

Release the foot that stepped back and rotate the torso back to the center front.
